Event Details

All eligible participants must be Hong Kong residents who are aged 18 or above and have received two doses* of the COVID-19 vaccines in Hong Kong on or before 1 September 2021, while those who have already received both doses are also eligible to participate. Participants are required to register and submit their applications via the Lucky Draw website (https://www.vaccinationluckydraw.hk) by 5:30 p.m. on 1 September 2021. Lucky Draw ambassadors are available to help the public with online registration at designated counters of selected properties (check more details) across Hong Kong from 15 June 2021.

* For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they will be eligible after having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccines with the same conditions.


The Lucky Draw winners will be randomly drawn at 12:00 noon on 8 September 2021 by a specialist computer system designed by an external service provider, Ernst & Young Advisory Services Ltd. The result will be announced on the Lucky Draw website on the same day, and will be published in local newspapers, The Standard and Sing Tao Daily, on 13 September 2021. All winners will be notified individually via telephone and SMS to the mobile phone number given at registration. Two independent auditing firms, namely PwC HK and KPMG will be performing procedural checks on the key processes and systems controls relating to the Lucky Draw. The Draw. The draw will be witnessed by a representative of Woo Kwan Lee & Lo, the legal advisers of the Lucky Draw's organiser.

Brand-new one-bedroom residential apartment at Grand Central

Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card ('Permanent Resident') are eligible to enter the Lucky Draw for the grand prize award - a one-bedroom residential apartment (Unit D, 47/F., Tower 3, Phase 2, Grand Central (凱滙), No. 33 Hip Wo Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong), with a floor area of approximately 449 square feet and a value of approximately HK$10,800,000. Any Hong Kong stamp duty, registration fees and solicitors' fees involved for the winner to receive the grand prize, and the first year management fees in respect of the grand prize, will be solely and fully borne by the Sponsors.

Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (Permanent Residents and Non-Permanent Residents), including those holding a Hong Kong employment visa such as domestic helpers, are eligible to win one of the twenty prizes of a pre-paid card or credit card with a value of HK$100,000 each.

The Lucky Draw is to support Hong Kong SAR Government's COVID-19 vaccination programme.
  • The Lucky Draw is organised by Lucky Vantage Limited ("Organiser"), which is a subsidiary of Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Limited.
  • The sponsors of the Lucky Draw prizes are Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Limited, the philanthropic arm of Sino Group, and Chinese Estates Holdings Limited ("Sponsors").

The Lucky Draw is open to individuals who fulfil all of the following requirements:

  1. being either (i) a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or (ii) a non-permanent resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card;
  2. having attained the age of 18 on or before 1 September 2021; and
  3. having received two doses* of the COVID-19 vaccines in Hong Kong under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government on or before 1 September 2021, including those who had already received both doses before the announcement of this Lucky Draw. Both doses of the respective vaccines must be received in Hong Kong.

* For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they will be eligible after having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccines with the same conditions.

Relevant staff members of Sino Group and of its agents and advisers who are involved in the design, operating and execution of the Lucky Draw campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

  1. Grand Prize – a one-bedroom residential apartment (with a floor area of approximately 449 square feet and a value of approximately HK$10,800,000) at Unit D, 47/F., Tower 3, Phase 2, Grand Central (凱滙), No. 33 Hip Wo Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The winner of this prize must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card.

  2. Twenty Prizes – a pre-paid card or credit card with a value of HK$100,000 each. Winners of this prize can either be a permanent resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or a non-permanent resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (including those holding a Hong Kong employment visa such as domestic helpers).
  • Registration must be made via https://www.vaccinationluckydraw.hk, which opens from 9:00am (HK Time) on 15 June 2021 until 5:30pm (HK Time) on 1 September 2021.
  • Lucky Draw ambassadors are available to help public with online registration at designated counters of the following ten properties (see appendix):

  • Non-permanent resident of Hong Kong holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card, including those holding a Hong Kong employment visa such as domestic helpers, is eligible to win one of the twenty prizes of a pre-paid card or credit card with a value of HK$100,000 each.
  • At the same time, you have to meet the other requirements stated in Q2.

No. Eligible participants of the Lucky Draw must have attained the age of 18 on or before 1 September 2021.

All data collected during registration will be (i) only used for all purposes relating to the Lucky Draw, (ii) properly stored and encrypted by a specialist computer system designed by an external service provider, Ernst & Young Advisory Services Ltd., and (iii) destroyed 45 days after the campaign ends.

Information (including personal data) collected during the Lucky Draw campaign may be disclosed and transferred to the data processor or other agents of Organiser who are engaged in relation to the conducting or monitoring of the Lucky Draw for such purpose and on a need-to-know basis only, without the relevant participant's prior consent.

The result will be announced at https://www.vaccinationluckydraw.hk on 8 September 2021, and will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 13 September 2021. All winners will be notified individually via telephone and SMS to the mobile phone number given at registration within 10 days of the day of the Lucky Draw.

Winners are required to prove their eligibility to the Organiser when redeeming the prize, including presenting their original Hong Kong Identity Card and the original hardcopy and/or electronic record of their COVID-19 vaccinations issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong Government, as well as providing written consent for the Organiser to verify their vaccination record with the Government.

The winners are not entitled to nominate any other person to receive the prizes.

Any Hong Kong stamp duty, registration fees and solicitors' fees involved for the winner to receive the grand prize, and the first year management fees in respect of the grand prize, will be solely and fully borne by the Sponsors.

Relevant staff members of Sino Group and of its agents and advisers who are involved in the design, operating and execution of the Lucky Draw campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Except for the above, other staff members of Sino Group and their family members may participate in the Lucky Draw if they satisfy all the requirements referred to in Q2.
